Sofirn SP36 Pro Review: Why This 8000-Lumen Pocket Sun Is the King of 2026
Sofirn SP36 Pro 8000lm Rechargeable LED Flashlight
I recently put the Sofirn SP36 Pro through its paces to see if its 8000-lumen output holds up in real-world conditions. After testing it across various camping trips and night walks, it has become a staple in my gear bag for its incredible versatility.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality of the SP36 Pro feels substantial and rugged, clearly designed to handle the rigors of outdoor use. Its solid metal housing provides excellent heat dissipation for the four SST40 LEDs, ensuring that the device remains durable even during extended operation.
Day-to-Day Experience
Using the SP36 Pro is straightforward, though the sheer brightness requires a moment to get used to when cycling through modes. Charging is incredibly convenient thanks to the integrated USB-C port, which eliminates the need for bulky external battery chargers.
This flashlight is ideal for hikers, campers, and homeowners who prioritize maximum light output and reliable, rechargeable power.
Final Thoughts
The Sofirn SP36 Pro is a powerhouse that justifies every cent of its $99.00 cost with sheer performance. Earning a well-deserved rating of 4.95/5, it remains the most impressive handheld lighting tool I have tested this year.
